As go2UBL likes to make things easy for you, we have set out the prices below. For us, quality and transparency are paramount, which is also why we always communicate our new rates 4 months in advance.As we continuously fine-tune our processes for greater efficiency, we can keep the rates for 2020 the same. We are particularly proud that, since our start-up and with our steady growth, our quality continues to increase while our rates have remained the same .

If a document is not a procurement or sales document, we will reject the first 25 documents per administration per month free of charge, stating the reason why. For the sake of completeness: duplicates of procurement or sales documents are rejected stating the reason: “Submitted in duplicate” but will be charged.
“Existing” UBLs submitted to go2UB will be validated. If the UBL is valid, it is processed. This service costs € 0,15. If the UBL is invalid, the attached PDF will be converted just like the other non-UBL invoices.
